Random MOD Questions

Hey all! Figured you all would know better than me

Been playing since barebones EHM, and have owned every OOTP iteration. I’ve read some of the stickys here and the readies with the mods I’ve downloaded(you all are amazing!!!), but still feel a little lost

Couple questions:

1. Outside of Commissioner mode, can you create a player? I’ve been choosing a player I think plays like me IRL(obv not nearly as good) and just renaming them to get me in the game and editing what I can. But a lot can’t be changed through in game edit.

2. Anyway to unretire a player or make them Staff eligible. I want to bring Semin back to the Caps in management/coaching. He’s in the game still.

3. I downloaded a logo pack and jersey pack(thanks to the community, you all rock). Where would I put the Caps reverse retro jersey and logo for it to be the one to show up in the game. I tried the specific logo folders that were in the compressed download, but the originals stay. It would be cool to have the non photo pack players rocking the RR sweaters. But I also saw an actual jersey layout. They were the historical jersey packs. Not sure where to find them in game. I really want to replace the main caps logo that is present in the game, not sure what folder it should be in(maybe the main game one not my save? I’m assuming there is a global folder that connects with the save game ones when you load up, but I have no idea

(1) You can't. You need to be in Commissioner Mode to use the Create a Player button. It's in the league edit menu.

(2) You can't unretire a player.The only way to "unretire" a person to play in the game would be to import a player and then age them correctly.

The game will pick and choose at this time for staff.

(3) You would just need to make sure you copy and paste the jersey into the save of your current game. This video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDGlTy67tTA - tells you/shows you how - although the files moved this year - but that can still show you were to put them.
