Duplicated Contract

In an online league I offered a contract to an MLB player, Josh Swarts, the player accepted the contract and then it seems to have duplicated the contract and applied to another posted player, Yaghmurasen Iregi, whom I never offered a contract to at all and then also applied a posting fee paid to my team.

We had another instance of the duplicated contract with a posted player from SAB after our sim last night. CWS offered Mario del Rio one year $1.3M deal, and once accepted it cloned the contract to Josh Wilkin and CWS paid a posting fee just as had happened previously.

Looking through, I think I might see how this could happen depending on the order imports get run in. We will see about how to fix that up.
