Some minor things

1.) Clubowner of EHC Red Bull München/DEL is not Dietrich Mateschitz anymore. He passed away 2 years ago. Club is owned by a holding company from his son Mark Mateschitz and a Thai dude.

2.) Missing Jessica Campbell as assistant coach for Seattle Kraken. She should be in the system, since she was coaching AHL/DEL/International before, but cant seem to find her. She on eliteprospects for some time.

3.) Trading really is improved.

Foreign teams even have trade request on my DEL Teams. Never happened with FHM 10. Anyway, there is a bug with the button:

"Trade" -> "Offer" -> "Make this work".

It does not work with DEL teams, and I suspect it does not work outside NHL.
Instead of filling in the trade requests from the other side into my trade offer, it just deletes the trade request info from the other side and nothing else happens.

Could you please look into this?
