Can't get Scout ratings to show. Scouting tasks don't work.

I'm the commish of a new online league and I'm having issues with being able to see both osa and scout ratings. It has OSA highlighted in black, and when I go to click on the Scout tab, nothing happens. It appears everyone else in the league is able to see both ratings. When I request scouting reports and advance time, the days don't tick down. When I look on my teams dropdown menu it doesn't have "Scouting Task List", while others do.

Am I missing something?

Are you actually set to be in control of the team, not just using the "act as"? You actually need to be hired by the team to have scouting and stuff work fully.

I guess that was it. I just quit my team and applied as GM and Mgr and it worked, ty!
