Personality Traits

Is there a breakdown someplace that gives more explanations about what each personality trait does? In general, most of them are somewhat self-explanatory but, for instance, what does the "controversy" trait mean?

Does it mean that player is susceptible to finding himself in controversy (a la Trevor Bauer)? Or does it mean that player is better equipped at handling controversy when it happens around him?

I find myself with SOOO many questions about this game, and I haven't had a lot of luck tracking down many good guides about it. If you know any, please pass them along.

From the OOTP24 manual, but still relevant: https://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com..._personalities. Note, there are some new ones introduced in OOTP25 that I don't think are defined anywhere that I'm aware of.
