SQlite Database Error - Long-Term Save

Hello. I am having an issue where during saves I get an error about the SQlite database. It says: "An error occurred while loading the database! Could not initialize SQlite databse!"

However when I clicked the Ok button, the game appeared to save without an issue. I've played for a bit since that time and now I see that transactions are no longer being updated and the player history is empty. I tried logging in and out a few times and this latest time I got a note that said an incident occurred and I could save the game in an Incident folder and OOTP would try to fix it. I clicked ok and it didn't work, saying there was still an error in the database.

I've been playing this version of my game for several years now (I am in the year 2081) and would like very much to salvage this if I can. Is there anything that can be done to save it? And if not, what are the chances the game will continue to function if I just keep going, clicking OK every time I get the SQlite database error?
