Choice Packs during refresh
After the refresh Monday/Tuesday, do accumulated TB1+2 choice packs become TB2+3, or do they remain TB1+2?

It becomes TB2+3 AND a TB1 pack (at least for the winner) not sure the extra pack is awarded at every level.

Whatever your pack was when you earned it keeps the same designation. So, if you have 5 TB1+2 packs unopened prior to the update, those would still be TB1+2 packs. It's only packs earned after the update that would have the new designation of TB2+3.
