Relief pitchers winning Pitcher of the Month honors frequently
Not sure how it's weighted internally but relief pitchers seem to be winning AL/NL Pitcher of the Month way more frequently than starters, even in months where there are starters who will post up to as much as 2 bWAR and fWAR. A reliever, sometimes not even a closer, will pitch 9 games and win Pitcher of the Month over them. Would it be possible to look into the formula for calculating the winners for this and see if it needs to be rebalanced?

For instance, José Alvarado just won AL Pitcher of the Month in August 2028 in my current save with 12.1 IP in 11 games, 8 shutdowns against one meltdown, an 0.65 WHIP, 2.19 ERA, and 4.11 FIP. Those are strong results in a month for a reliever, but it pales in comparison to, for instance, Orioles righty Luis Serna, who threw 31 IP across 5 starts with 4 quality starts, a 1.74 ERA and 3.04 FIP, 31 strikeouts, 0.9 fWAR, and 1.6 bWAR. Several other starters had strong lines in the month as well, but Alvarado won the award.
