I'd like to see the ability to edit retired players in Historical Mode, and possibly a save game editor so that editing entire leagues won't take a million years to complete. If that's not possible, then give us a way to import edited csv files back into the saved game.

I play mostly NHL, so here's my list in no particular order. Most of them were already mentioned, so I'm not getting into too much detail.
- LTIR (cap relief) separated it from IR (roster spot, no cap relief) - realistic waiver rules and possibility of conditioning loans - contract demands for UFAs without starting negotiating with them, and some sort of additional info in the upcoming UFAs tab if the players is open to renew or if he wants to test the market. Also arbitration for eligible RFAs and 35+ contracts - AI trade (maybe add need of approval of commissioner for trades to go through?) and roster logic, defensive players waived way too often - add cap space in team needs, some option to dump a contract - single profile for players that becomes staff (specially welcome in historical games) - staff development, with messages with monthly progress like we get for players - ordering draft picks after draft lottery - waiver eligibility during off-season without having to check player by player - announcement for milestones achieved other than round number of games played or points scored, both league-wide and franchise specific - ability to see future draft pools - more clarity in training, still don't get how defenders improve their faceoff ability - option to set different roles for special teams - add position played in game by game tab - track 1st, 2nd, 3rd stars for games and monthly awards - track streaks in history screens, for both teams and players - option to apply to job openings - and have job openings displayed in a job board - correctly award the Vezina trophy in historical games - award Jennings trophy (and Vezina in historical) to more than one player if applicable - favourite league added for players (in addition to favourite/disliked teams) during PCHA and WHA years - maybe allow poaching, even if it is for future seasons? |

Really hope FHM11 runs faster, I have a good desktop computer that can run significant databases on Football Manager but FHM runs far slower.

Have those worked for you at all during the FHM10 cycle? They've been showing 0 for as long as I've remembered, in every test game with every configuration for the entirety of this game cycle - along with the GC metric too. I can't remember if that's even been acknowledge but hopefully it's on the fix list because I know it's been mentioned several times in beta/public.

1st, 2nd, 3rd stars, and star points, are only tracked for each season.
They are not tracked for career stats. Stars tracked over a career would be great. |

Only wish is for development team to stop working on useless stuff and concentrate on what actually game is about. Stop adding stuff maybe 5% people care about and fix the core problems in game. Training/tactics/trades/draft/AI all need to be reworked.

Not only for FHM 11 but i think there should be a roster/game update every september. NHL starts in 2-3 weeks i think and me playing with ''outdated'' teams is not so fun but thats me.

Really it's a balancing act, though they typically work on both throughout the year. New features are pretty much a must in order to help sell more copies of the game without it being called "just a roster update" by old and new fans.

At least a post draft update would be nice, but these games are intended as beginning of season updates and that usually happens with each new installment.

Since it’s been mentioned now what are the chances we see FHM11 in time for the new season? It would be a welcome change to be able to get a franchise started before the NHL commences.
