Teams releasing way too many players

After installing the new patch(not sure if it was happening before) teams are mass releasing lots of their hopeless prospects. The problem is several teams at the rookie level are now fielding teams with 2 men bullpens and just 10 or 11 batters on the roster. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm seeing it too, but I'm still 2-3 weeks away from the start of the rookie leagues, so I'm not sure if they will replenish. This started happening with patch .88 and was not happening before that.

I'm right in the middle of the rookie league season when all these players started getting released. Now several teams don't have enough players to field legitimate teams.

If this just started with the latest beta I'd post in the beta thread to make sure Matt and Markus see it.

I think a lot of players who complain about OOTP support need to play another game for a while. They should come back, of course! But I think a lot of people do not realize how unusually good dev support is for OOTP compared to other games.
