separate active roster from spring training roster

as someone who manages his minor league system, I think it is very tedious work to cut down the spring training roster from 60 to 26 by single-handedly moving every player back to the level he came from after spring training is over, specially because you forget sometimes which level the player came from.

I'd love to see the option to put a minor league player onto the spring training roster while staying put at his minor league team in the menu, the same way it works with the 40 man roster.

Here's what I do during spring training to make the process easier.

Create "promoted from" shortlists. The vast majority of players come from AAA, with a few from AA, and maybe an advanced A+ or A ball top prospect getting a "I want to see him play" invite.

1. create a AAA shortlist
2. use the button selector to pick the players to promote
3. put all of them on the AAA shortlist in one step using the "right click" menu
4. mass select from that shortlist and put on the ST roster
5. when ST is over open the shortlist, mass select, move back to AAA

Rinse and repeat for other levels as needed.

Leave the shortlists in place to use again next season.

Take seconds to do, keeps things organized, and you never have to remember what level you promoted them from.

I've been doing this for quite a few versions now and it certainly streamlines the whole process for me. I did forget to mention the last step, once the players are returned to the proper team, is to remove them from the various shortlists.
Easy as opening each shortlist, mass selecting the players, right click and remove. Then leave the shortlists in place for next season.
