how to change # of players In Internation Complex OOTP24

i can't seem to get the IC to show up in any drop down menu in OOTP 24 anymore. i am trying to allow a dozen or so more players to be allowed in my International Complex - up to 50 players.

i've tried a few different things, but since the IC doesn't show up in a drop down menu now, i am unable to edit anything that pertains to it.

any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Thanks for the tip. Only problem is i can't get The International Complex to show up in a drop down menu (or any otherway) to get to the Rules tab. guess i'll have to leave it as is for the time being. But i do appreciate your help offer!!!

It's controlled through the major league's rule settings, it doesn't have a full set of rules like a minor league does so there's no where to select it as a league.

This is helpful to know

Honestly, if there WAS a manual for the game, the biggest thing that would be helpful is a full outlining of each screen of the game options tabs, what's where and how to utilize the settings to craft the league you want to build. Especially since they move a lot of stuff between versions, so once you move from 24 to 25, things you thought you knew where they are you no longer know.
