Now that we are in week one & rosters are set time for a new thread.

Unfortunately, not a good start,

Niners 1st rd pick Ricky Pearsall was shot in the chest. He is said to be in "serious, but stable" condition.

Yeah, and a few made it perfectly clear.

I heard the Eagles are going to wear black. But the Packers have said they're wearing their normal away jerseys. There are green names, green number, and green stripes.

League is very top heavy this year, not as many teams as normal with a chance to win it it all.

90-95% sure the Super Bowl winner is one of these teams.

Apparently I was mistaken. The Eagles are wearing their white jerseys with everything else black. The Packers are wearing their standard green jerseys. Gangs be damned. No one cares about them. Except for maybe the Eagles.

Until he said the average NFL fan is an alcoholic, I was struggling to find the lies.

Can't help notice he was suspended for the language he used. Dude was not in his official capacity but on what he thought was a date. Which to me gives him grounds to sue for wrongful dismissal & the O'Keefe Media Group for fraud.

That Young trade up is moving up the list as one of the all time worst.

But that trade up to pick a 5'6 155 lb QB was indefensible at the time and looks even worse now.

Hindsight is 20/20. Even though I initially hated the trade, I could still defend it.

And I don't remember one expert going Stroud was the obviously better QB than Young.

As I have said often, the first domino didn't fall w/the trade. It fell when they signed Bridgewater.

The NFL has forgotten why kickoffs were returned in the first place. No one kicked it to Devon Hester because they wanted to. He returned kickoffs because kickers couldn't kick it through the endzone. Now most teams don't care if you start at the 30. Why they did not anticipate this is beyond me.
