Released Young International Player

It seems to me that a released player should go back to the international pool.

I released a 16-year player due to poor potential and low work ethic and intelligence (and I needed room on my international roster). The player is now in my MLB player list as a 16-year-old. The player is not listed as a free agent (perhaps because of the age?). It seems I can't edit the player back in the international pool. So, I guess the player stays in the MLB list until someone would claim the player once they reach the age of the lowest minor league (17 in my sim).

Anyone have any ideas how to get the player back in the international pool?

Odd, when I release an International league player for the reasons you noted, he shows up as an FA and not on my MLB list at all. If another team signs him (or I sign a 16 year-old off the FA list) they pop up in the Dominican League, if eligible.

Is your guy from Europe or Australia? That might make a difference.

Since I posted I realized that FA age is based on the MLB league settings, and I had that set at 20 yrs, since I wanted 20 yr plus players in MLB. My minors are set lower in each league. Apparently, that setting also sets the FA age for viewing. So once I set that to blank my player appeared. So, my 16 yr Dominican is now in both FA and master list.
But, I think the Internatioanl Player released should go back to the International Pool, not as a free agent. Not really a big thing.
