New OOTP Client

How do I get the new OOTP client. When I try to log into Perfect team, it is telling me I need the newest client

You need to update the full game for the newest client. Hope this helps.

Tried that, still get the same error message

You need to make sure to download it and install it to the correct location. It may help to un-install the old one and then fully re-install the new version, in case things ended up in different locations or there was a problem with the re-install.
