Tournament regions

Hi, I'm trying to set up continental championships like the Euros/Copa América/AFCON in soccer — but when I select the region it still does things like draft the US into the European championship. How do I go about fixing this?

Are you doing a tournament? Can you post a screenshot of your tournament settings?

I think regions might be broke. I tried making a thread about it, but have not heard anyting back from devs yet
