I also won't use platforms which are not a correctly threaded chronology of posts and replies or one where the main form of communication is live chat with endless nonsense scrolling across a screen (I'm looking at you, Discord. I don't get the whole Discord thing. Is there a platform with a worse UI?? I don't think so.

I submit that there is not. I don't understand why so many developers and mod makers are migrating to it. You go there and you will often find that there's not even anyone there to assist you. What's the point? I hate Discord probably as much as I hate trying to find company documents on SharePoint.
