I can definitely do a blue and yellow one later tonight. Any particular codes? Otherwise I will use the old Mariners colors probably. The font is called roadstore.

Here's a picture of the relevant cap and perhaps also a black and white version of the MCC logo from my era with the Minnesota Conservation Corps. Maybe you can find at least some inspiration from them in terms of colors and looks and all here, whether you go with an older feel or not to such logos and all, of course. Please feel quite free to use these colors as best as you can, and similar, if not identical, fonts for any items you may make here for them, at least in regards to the Mountain Goats, in any case. I hope that this is useful to you. I also already made logos for the Chicago Butchers and Chicago Mobsters earlier in this thread, but you did not like them, or use them.

Just a suggestion... as you know I like good contrast between colors so they will show up better on the game screens.

IMO, the Mountain Goats logo would look better if you used bright yellow for the team name... the background for the goat image needs to be a lighter blue so you can see the green goat better... you might even outline the green goat and the rock with yellow so it would show up better on the blue background.

For the secondary logos, outline the M with the colors used on the primary logo.

Make one M yellow with green and blue trim... make one M green with yellow and blue outline and make one M blue with yellow and green outline.

No problem if you don't like these suggestions.

I recolored range_20's logo for better contrast.

The colors are smudged because I don't know how to use paint.net very well.

But here is an idea of what the logo would look like with a different set of colors.

I think a yellow outline on the mountain goat image would create a much better contrast. Sorry, I don't know how to do that.

The gray background doesn't give a good contrast IMO.

It needs to be a much lighter gray.

Just my opinion.

Actually, I think the background was a light tan on the uniform patches in question for certain MCC personnel. Although I don't think I ever saw anyone wearing the patch in person while working with MCC in the summer of 1991. I could be wrong about that, of course, but am not sure. Or at least I'm not sure if I am at the present time, anyway. CD out.

A light tan would be a good choice... it would offer much better contrast.
It would also look better than the gray with the green and the light blue.

I didn't see gray on the items he did, in truth. Perhaps they looked a bit different to you than they did for me, though, so that there appeared to be gray for them instead of tan, EC. In any case, these items are all still quite splendid work done for them already by him, in my view. CD out.

yup, definitely ended up with that gray/tan color by taking them straight from the patch (as instructed )

here it is with ec's colors and the outline (it looks better with the... mountain... connected to the green circle than it does with it cut off by a full outline)

edit: here are two more. I added a second yellow outline to match the first one, and then found that I didn't need the blue thick one

The gray color is on the patch, not 20_range's logos.

And of course, I think 20_range did an excellent job on the revisions. I think the color changes greatly improved the contrast.
20_range is as good as they get graphically.

I hope he will update the secondary logos using the new color shades.

Any chance, perhaps, at items with the letters MMG or MG being interlocked somehow at least once or twice, come to think of it? I think that would be rather cool here too, in fact. In any case, MANY thanks yet again to 20_range here for all his very splendid work on possible logos for this particular team here, for sure. If I haven't yet grabbed everything he's done or will make for this team, I fully intend to as quickly as I can and all, most definitely. CD out.
