Playing in Challenge Mode, like I am, does not allow you access to Commissioner Mode to make such changes.

We'll have a new version out today or tomorrow with a corrected DB for the Plaz typo. And then presumably another day or two after that for the patch to release assuming there are no other major issues that come up.

Update June 24: We updated the public beta to build number 25.6.71, adding a few new fixes.

Changelists 25.6.71:
Updated default rosters (need to start a new game for changes to apply), fixes some ratings typos.
Fixed draft player SB stats
Fixed historical career fielding ratings for select players

Seconded, because there are a few cosmetic rough spots that could use sanding.

Hello all and thank you for this patch. I was having some realism issue with the top 250 prospect types or guys who just graduated out of that category being put on waivers EoS throughout the life cycle of this game so far. The biggest thing I have found to avoid this was turning off the roaster expansion as it seemed the AI was trying to get these guys some time in the bigs but just had no where to put them once the season ended and I have been playing with no expanded roasters to correct this. I do not believe I have seen any worth while young guys at the end of the season after doing this. I was wondering if anyone has played a few seasons yet and could tell me if that patch is strong enough to turn expanded roasters back on? I just had a LAA save that went broken with 1115 score every season because of this issue leading to a snowball after just one EoS waiver guy that really hit. Thanks!
