Unable to Open PT25 for Specific Account

I can't open PT25 for one of my accounts. I have two, and the other one works fine. When I try to click the Play Perfect Team button, I get the following error message:

Could not download PT League file! Please try to restart OOTP. If the error persists, please try again in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage.

Account name: fhomess

Using the same account, I can open up tournaments. I can also open up PT25 for another account. So it's not an issue with the server and it's not an issue with my copy of OOTP itself. I have tried deleting the *.pt folders in my saved games folder as well.
