Financial Woes

I am experience a huge problem (bug or misunderstanding) related to my team's financials, specifically the "Available Money for Free Agents" budget. The game is claiming that I have a negative amount remaining, which is preventing me from trading...(how does a budget for free agents affect trading??)

As I dug deeper into the math of it, I found a lot of inconsistencies, which I cannot rectify. Below you will see several screenshots as well as an image of the financials that the game lets me see. I have pulled all the numbers from the Team Obligation pages (Salary & Cap), the League Financials Page, as well as what it shows me when I actually try to sign a free agent.

All of my accounts are well, well under the limits (League & Team), but this one negative number seemingly is coming from nowhere. People online have said to increase the Free Agent Budget, I should start dumping players. I tried this (without saving) and dumped about 2x players before It was then informing me that I was going to be under the Cap Floor. The Budget had increased up to a meager ~$700,000.

I posted all of this in the Discord FHM channel as well, where eventually I was told to post it here, so that is what I am doing.
