No Conn Smythe Awarded

Hello! I've been playing a historical game (started in 2007) and the only thing different from stock is that i've added some custom characters. This past season I won the cup, it was my 2nd or 3rd year in control of my team, and the Conn Smythe was not awarded. The awards ceremony happened during the playoffs like in May or something, and after I won there was no additional notification and when I check the league history there is simply no Conn Smythe winner for that year. Is there a way to either fix that or manually award it? If you would like to view the save file it is in the FTP server titled "Just Like The White Winged Dove". Thank you!
