Fulfilled Buy Order Missing from Roster

Morning all,
Would there be any reason why a card I ordered from the market and which is reported as fulfilled would not appear amongst my cards or roster? Been checking everywhere but cannot locate the card anywhere

It’s not the first time I have noticed this either.

Did you clear filters? If not the filters, then i would wager that card you just purchased may be ineligible for the tournament you may be signing up for.

Try unticking the "eligible only" option and see if he shows up.

I can see that you got both cards you purchased on May 24th.
Did you check the inactive cards?

Yes I did check that and there were no inactive cards. But thanks for the suggestion

Thanks. I wasn't signing up for any tournament in particular this was just my general PT roster and cards I was looking at.

You have over 200 cards, so there should be inactive cards.
Maybe you have a filter set in the "manage cards" screen?
