Two-way players

Hi All!

I can't find the feature for a two-way player. Anyone know how I can locate this feature. I have a player in my game that should be a two-way player but is not. Thanks in advance.

Click the menu of the team your desired two-way player is on and choose Strategy.
Click the Player Strategy sub-tab, then drag and drop the player you want where it says "Drag & Drop a Player Here!". Then somewhere you should see a check box that says "Use as a two-way player".

That's exactly where I thought that feature was located, but it doesn't seem to be there. I've looked and looked and can't find the feature anywhere. Thoughts anyone?

Check to see if you have "Allow two-way players" enabled in League Settings - Stas and AI (left hand side).

Just out of curiosity AstroDeke are you managing the team their on or letting the AI mange it because I just turned it on for one of the players in my fictional league who just got drafted and is still in the minors but it says the AI is unable to promote/demote so that player is seemingly stuck in AA unless i manually him.

That's a different issue. If AI manages a team and doesn't use a guy as a two-way player, you may force it, but that will disable automatic promotion/demotion, you will need to move the guy around manually.

Before making decision to lock the strategy, check really well that player, look at his past games - you might find that AI already uses him as a two-way player. Usually AI does good job in this regard.

Sometimes I think a player is worth to be tried as a two-way guy, but AI doesn't consider him to be one and so far in my saves AI was right in it's assessment.

I manage a team, but the AI manages the others. Although, my team does have a two-way player in the minors. No other issues that I can see.
