Combinator wishlist

Combinator cards are nice, but the interface is a little clunky (as to be expected with a new feature). A few items that I feel would help.

1) If nothing else, either allow the columns to be sortable in the card selection screen, or at minimum sort the cards by value then by card in the list so all same cards appear consecutively. Sometimes you just want to keep one instance of a card for your collection and it's really difficult to tell how many you actually have in this screen., especially if you have 100 cards with the same combinator value and multiples contained within.
2) Even better, list each individual card one time with the number you have and a drop down/typed in box to in list how many you want to apply. The tick box could still be kept to indicate to use all, which would override the numerical box, along with the "select all" option for those who don't mind
3) It would be nice if there were a flag of some kind that would indicate the card is applicable to other combinator cards you have, so if you have a card that would be 50 points on one card and 10 on another, you could apply it to the higher of the two.
4) Just in general, I think it would also be nice to have a "non-sellable" flag that we can set that would also apply to be ineligible to be used for combinator upgrades to prevent using/selling a card you want to keep in your collection.

Awesome work on this feature so far. Hopefully as it evolves, it becomes easier to manage and more user friendly. It's just a lot of data right now and very limited options to see what's in there.
