Transfer in-progress season to new device?

I had gotten the OOTP 25 Go game on my iPhone.

I just bought an iPad and want use the game on that device instead.

I have a couple of historical seasons already underway and wanted to know if there is a way to retrieve them (or somehow copy them) from the iPhone to the iPad without losing the progress to date.

Any help would be appreciated.

Currently there is no way to transfer saves between devices
