Live Start: Minor League roster are a mess

I downloaded the latest patch and about to start with a "live start" using the Boston Red Sox. As I review the organization I realize my minor league system is a mess.

I have 61 players on my AAA roster, 14 in AA, and 16 in A+. I looked at the Braves & Cubs roster and they're a mess too. I'm assuming all teams have this issue. The game promoted Mayer, Teel, and Anthony to AAA along with most everyone else when that's the core of my AA team and where they're currently playing. If I demoted them to the correct affiliate will this mess with their morale and player development?

What am I to do? When I start to advance by playing the season will this "right the ship"? I'm not going to go thru every major league team and adjust rosters. I just assumed with a "live start" they would also have the correct ML rosters as well since the real life stats reflect where they're currently playing.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Additionally, they have a handful of players on the IL marked incorrectly. They have Bello, Pivetta, and Whitlock listed on the (60) day IL where is that's not the case in real life.

The live start will move some players to the 60-day list mostly to ensure they don't take up a 40-man spot, to temporarily ease handling the roster. Most of them aren't necessarily forced out for the full length. Injuries sometimes it will depend on what their injury status in the roster DB was initially, as well as what text update for injuries we get from our data provider. It's possible that sometimes we may parse an injury and it sounds worse and we assign a longer time than they are actually out for.

Minor league rosters are not guaranteed to be correct. The AI will shift players around after you start. It shouldn't have a significant impact for you to move players around yourself for whatever team you are managing.

I started a new season in a long running game I have going and the minor league rosters are a mess. I have 65 players in rookie ball, and only 15 in AAA and 17 in AA. Asking the AI to set up minor league system doesn't work anymore, prior to this last patch it did.
