Do Pro-Rel Leagues Share Draft Pool?
Looking to set up a Pro-Rel Fictional Save and am not sure whether the levels share a draft pool. I loaded to the quickstart to try to see, but it's not clear. Anyone know?
EDIT: According to the manual for 24, they only share draft pools when there is an association laying over the pro-rel structure. Which, really, seems like you should do anyhow.

If you're creating the league from scratch you'll have to go into the association settings and set that up if you want to enabled a shared draft.
I've run a handful of draft variations in my pro/rel leagues, and ultimately I didn't care for having the shared draft in the end. |

I draft rookies into the bottom level. It gives them a chance to develop.
