Scouts in online leagues....why/why not?

This is not a secret, but in v3, using scouts for an online league was kinda pointless.

If you had an average scout, all you would have to do is use the team with the best scout to see how a player is really rated.

Now, do any online leagues use scouts/coaches? Can someone give me a reason why I should use them in my league?

Was anything changed in regards to scouting in v4?

I use scouts, but I don't really see a difference.

If the team was password protected in the league file sent to you by the commissioner, you shouldn't be able to.

However, during the draft, you can see it that way. Which is a cheat that needs to be fixed.

i dont like password protecting teams. I like to go around to other teams and see who is playing well. There's a lot of reasons to go into another team.

But I don't see any way they can fix this.
