TNBL Fictional League Recruiting for OOTP 25

[TNBL-OOTP-Online-League]

Longtime MLB turned Fictional OOTP league that recently upgraded to OOTP25 that is looking to fill some vacancies. We are approaching Opening Day, so this is a good time to join and compete for the 2064 season.

We sim four days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) a week at a time during the regular season. We are a 20-team league that uses slack to communicate, as well as StatsPlus. There are two divisions of ten teams each, though regardless of divisional settings, the top twelve teams make the playoffs. The first four teams receive a bye with four total rounds of playoff baseball. This encourages competition as most teams have a chance at winning the crown!

Ratings: 1-100, current and potentials, 20-80 scale for overall and potential
Scouts and Coaches: Off
28-Man Active Roster, 30 expanded (September), 40-Man Roster
DH at all levels
Five Levels of Minors with Age and Roster Size Restrictions
Neutral Aspect: all stadiums are 1.000 and all teams have equal media contracts
Modern Day arbitration and Free Agency
25 Round Draft (no signing bonuses)
No Player Options Allowed
Team Options have 25% buyout (set in game)
No-Trade Clauses allowed, but they are not enforced
We allow offseason rebranding!
Players come from all over the world, including Iceland and Luxembourg!

Open Teams
Miami Hammerheads: Missing the playoffs now two years in a row, Miami has a middle-of-the-pack farm system, but two potential elite prospects in Miguel Sullivan and Tony Montes. Both are a few years out, so a rebuild might be the best choice. Their best player is ace Robert Estrella, and even with just one arb year left he could net a huge return. If he's moved, you can build around rookie Lennart Miller, who hit .321/.393/.572 (149 OPS+) with 34 doubles, 16 homers, and 65 RBIs.

Milwaukee Brewskis: After five playoff appearances in six seasons, the Brewskis had a tough drop off in 2064, losing a league high 102 games. But that's okay, that means you get to pick first in the next draft! The farm system needs some work, but they have four top 100 prospects including Bartolomeo Chiaretti, who is a big slugging first basemen ready in AAA. The big league club has some solid youth too, with a nice young starter in Alex Pena, an extremely athletic outfielder Carlos Cortez Jr., a plus defender at all three spots who can hit, and gold glove caliber third basemen Emilio Ofray who are all 25 or younger.

Panem PeaceKeepers
Panem finished last season at 75-86. They have alot of payroll flexibility coming up with ZERO guaranteed contracts on the books after this season.Their best player is RF Matt Davis, who is entering the final season of his deal. He is widely regarded as one of the better players in the league over the past 7 seasons. In addition they have the 10th ranked minor league system. Panem made the playoffs in 8 of the past 10 seasons but is not in need of a clear direction with the new GM who comes in.
