SP never starts a game, only 3rd inning on

I have a weird issue where one of my starters has now pitched 18 games, but started zero. Every time he's up to start, a RP will pitch the first 2 innings, then he'll take over and pitch as normal...

It sounds like you have an Opener/Follower situation set up for that pitcher.

Ah yes! That's what that (Fo) means next to his name! So weird, never heard of that before, I'll find that setting and disable it on him, thank you!
