What does (Fo) mean after a pitcher's name?
Appears in the starting rotation list.

I believe it means “follower”—i.e., the starter / bulk inning pitcher who replaces the “opener”—i.e.,the short-inning reliever who starts the game—when a team uses this very recent-vintage strategic trend.

And of course you can use the checkbox to turn off the use of "openers" and "followers", if you wish. I always do. I even purge the Lou Piniella quote that supposedly originated the practice with Tampa Bay. Not my thing. Nor do I like "bullpen games". We each play our own peculiar way.
