Adjust and Weaken

Am I missing a step in a random debut league? Adjust and weaken appear in advanced, it I don’t see them In the wizard setup. Is there something I need to do to keep the draft class then go into advanced and adjust/weaken? Thanks.

It’s been so long that I don’t remember the wizard.
I do know after you create the league, you can go to historical tab, bottom right, and set it.

But that won't have an impact on the initial players created correct? I'm looking to get the initial player pool where there aren't guys with 200 career AB's or 30 IP who are highly rated (trying to use development, no recalc).
