Question about Budgets Setting; Owner or Revenue
The setting I'm asking about is in the financials tab, "Team Owner controls budget?".
How does the "no, entire revenue available" work?? It should be obvious, but it doesn't seem to be working. There's many instances where the budget at the start of the offseason does not match the revenue from the previous season. Am I misunderstanding this?

It's based on revenue projections (which are a product of your Fan Interest, ticket price etc.), not historical revenue

That doesn't make sense to me either. See the screenshot below. the budget is 302m but projected revenue is 354m
