Issues reporting bug
I've been at this for an hour. The FTP information provided is inadequate for submission using filezilla (I'm prompted for a username/password, none of that is explained in the snarky sticky).
The Bug It's crashing roughly 3-5 times per day. I know I'm pushing the boundaries of the game's ability to keep stats (spring training, so MANY substitutions), but I've attempted to play the same game three times, crashes every time. I attempted to follow the instructions for zipping league files, but there IS NO "Out Of The Park Developments" folder in Application Support folder (nor anywhere else on my computer -- I searched). Also, I know support is frustrating (I've done it), but the level of snark in the instructions is quite off-putting. I have the crash report saved to a text file and I've found what *.dat files I could within the game folder. I know Mac is the red-headed stepchild of the programming world, but the FTP address is not included in the Mac instructions (knowing the Mac is a second class digital citizen, I read through the PC instructions and found the address). Maybe I'm just in a mood, but the tone of the "help" stickies is, again, EXTREMELY off-putting. You were kind enough to take my money for the product, seems reasonable you'd be kind enough not to be rude when support is required. After failing in my attempts to FTP my files, I clicked the "If you don't want to try that, then submit a support ticket and we'll see if there's another solution." [Again, seems a very unnecessary level of snark. I DID try it, and the information provided was insufficient. Maybe talking down to your paying customers is NOT the best policy.] That brought me to a broken link page. Quite frankly, if my FAQ treated my customers like this, I'd be out of business in a nanosecond. -- Annoyed customer

Sorry about that!
From what you're describing it sounds like you may have a borked installation, and having the save game files wouldn't necessarily be overly useful there anyway. The first thing to try here would be just to open the game, then go to settings > troubleshooting and hit the button to 'force reinstall game data'. If there is something off with the installation, that should fix things. If that doesn't solve things, the next step would be to get us a copy of the trace log. You can find instructions on enabling that here: https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...debug-log-file

Thank you for the response. Instructions on that linked page are much more palatable to me as a user. I'll try this and we'll see how it goes.

Upside: It's taken over a week to recreate the issue.
Downside: It has happened. Where, to whom do I submit this trace file? I've found information about submitting league files, but that doesn't seem to be what's needed here if I understand your post correctly.
