Player Card Pack options

I was watching a Twitch streamer and it appears he has more player pack options to purchase in the Player Card Pack purchase screen than I do?

He had Basic, Silver, Gold, Gold Historical, Diamond packs available to purchase.

Does anyone know why I can only purchase Basic, Gold and Diamond?

Do I need to purchase an upgrade?

Are you playing the game on a tiny screen? It may not be possible to display everything on a tiny screen.

Those may have been the packs that they already purchased a previous time they were on sale and have not opened. Usually only 3-4 pack types are available to purchase at any one time, but the available options change regularly.
