Draft Pool Reveal Historical Seasons

I bought the game on Friday (steam) and I have not been able to install it due to work issues, as soon as I can today, I will try.

Just as a summary, I understand that when simulating historical seasons there is a problem with the revelation of the draft pool when you change the date of the draft different from the default, but at the time of the draft are all players in the pool?

Is this correct?

And if this bug exists, does the OOTP team already know about it?

So, if I am in 2nd year of my historical play-thru in OOTP 25, and I change that date of the draft, but still not getting any draft pool on draft day, what can I do to get that draft pool available?

Yesterday I installed the new patch (steam user) and I could prove that indeed if you change the draft date the draft pool when it is revealed is only 1 player, in some years it is 2 or none.

And when it is time for the draft day there is only that player and there are no teams available in any round of the draft, if the historical season is 2022 or 2023 only are in the draft pool players coming from Asia who signed in the MLB, such as Suzuki or Yoshida.
