Add Pitcher hits batter, but only suspend pitcher outcome

Currently every suspension for a hit batter includes both P and B, because it only happens if the batter charges the mound.

How about having the batter not charge the mound and only the P gets suspended? "Just" (I'm not a coder so "just" may not be easy?) add in a random chance the batter doesn't react.

This type of suspension already exists for batters that argue the call with the ump and get tossed. Having a pitcher only toss/suspension would add one more piece of reality to the game.

For that matter, it's even rarer, but include the possibility that the pitcher doesn't get tossed but the batter DOES....a la Nolan Ryan vs Robin Ventura...Ryan hit Ventura, Ventura charged the mound, Nolan beat the daylights out of him (at least based on the visual, though Ventura now says that "he just gave me a couple of noogies"). Ventura was sent to the showers, Ryan was allowed to stay in the game because "he has a right to defend himself"...

This is a great example of the variance that can occur with hit batsmen. I would also love to see cases where the hitter goes to the mound and it doesn't come to blows, but it comes close. Maybe the batter gets tossed for rushing the mound but doesn't get suspended if there's no fight. Maybe a warning to both teams and any hit batsmen after that cause a pitcher ejection.
