Minor League Control

I am taking more control of my minors and I am wondering if there is a
setting to where I get notified when a player comes off the minors IL so I can adjust rosters? Also, sometimes I get a notification when a player goes on IL and sometimes I don't.

If you are in charge of either a minor league team or its major league parent team, and then on the Manager Options panel, lower left, you have at least the first four options checked, you should be notified of minor leaguers coming off the IL.

If you're using those settings and finding that you are not always notified, then I would do some testing and come up with a short list, including the details, of the instances where you are notified and where you are not. Then post those here and maybe we can glean a pattern... And go from there

so you can't really play as minor league manager. i would suggest the devs add the feature and update the manual and in game help than users documenting how to use the 'game'

Why can't you play as a minor league manager? I've done it before in the past, not sure why you can't now
