OOTP25 GO PT Pack Opening blank cards (iphone)

I opened a pack for the first time just now using the ios mobile app and got a blank set of 6 cards that would not turn over. Screenshots attached of the pack opening view and the transaction log.

This can happen if the game loses connection with the server. Usually restarting will fix this, but in some cases you might also need to connect to a different router or using a hotspot if there's an issue with the firewall on your router blocking the connection.
