Rule 5 Draft scheduling issue(s)

I'm trying to put a Rule 5 Draft for a large-scale test league starting in 2024 on January 1, 2025. The drop down menus for league creation do not allow me to do this; where I can only set it up for January 1, 2024. When the draft does happen, it happens on a generated date and not on January 1. (I hope that makes sense.)

Instead of a league file, I have two screenshots that I hope will illustrate best. If a league file is prefered, let me know. The screenshot with "Create New Game" on it has the January 1, 2024 date I set it up with. (As an aside, this is also the same date as my inaugural draft.) The "Game Settings" screenshot shows that the game has changed the date to December 22, 2025 [sic], which is a generated date based on the end of the playoffs. Despite saying 2025, it doesn't prevent the game from drafting on December 22nd, 2024.

Incidentally, the only reason I wanted it on January 1st (or later, if a long postseason necessitates it being generated to happen on the 2nd or 3rd) is because I've known for years that Rule 5 Drafts can't happen in late December one season and early January the next; the first time it moves to January is the first time it will fail to generate a Rule 5 Draft, and it will continue to do that for the league's history (even if a December one should normally happen) unless it's manually fixed.

Anyway, this is the best way I can think of documenting this. Again, let me know if I need to be more specific. Sorry for the long post, by the way.

In testing a second league, I tried putting the Rule 5 Draft on January 31st; like with the first league, it defaulted back to a December date. Screenshots for that would look a lot like the two I attached earlier, including the 2024 draft setting having 2025 listed.

In past OOTP releases, I remember that, if you tried creating a new league with a January Rule 5 Draft, a pop-up told you that you couldn't do so. There's not a pop-up anymore, but I'm still unable to put it in January upon creation.

Again, if I need to provide more information, I have no problem with doing so...if anything, this is an easy issue to reproduce.

I guess the popup is not triggering correctly for some reason, we can take a look at this.
