How to change - Minimum number of players under age 26

Some leagues (e.g. ECHL) require a minimum number of players under the age of 26, per team.

For example, each team has to have a minimum of 14 players on each team under the age of 26.

Is there any way to change this?

There are a couple of league settings that define the "prospect" age for a league and the minimum number of prospects a team must have. But they're not editable right now, primarily for two reasons: 1) it tends to really mess up the AI (we've had to address the problems it causes with the leagues that use it many times) and 2) I really want it to go away - it really should be inverted and the number of older players restricted - the AI does a much better job with limits rather than quotas. I haven't convinced the guys to do it that way yet, though; there are some legitimate concerns about unintended consequences for AI behaviour and it'll be messy to root all of those out. But if that ever happens, we can probably safely make it editable at that point.
