Heavy Offensive Defensive Zone Usage?

In the post game analysis what does Heavy Offensive (Defensive) Zone Usage mean?

I'd always taken it as an indicator of where the majority of their shift time was spent on the ice - if they're heavy offensive zone usage, then that's where they were, in the offensive zone - usually the case for more attacking players with less of a two way/defensive inclination. Same thing with the def zone but obviously vice versa.

It's based on faceoff starts, i.e. what zone the player was in most when he was on the ice for a faceoff.
