Points carryover season to season?

Do PT points and team carry over year to year or do we have to restart every year? Been playing for years and never really thought about it. If they don’t then why not. And if they do what do I have to do to get lasts years info?

They do not. Clean slate for everyone come a new edition. No one gets a head start by parking a team all year in the previous edition and moving over all those PP on day one in the new edition.
