OOTP24 keeps crashing

I have had issues with OOTP24 crashing on me several times. What is the best way to provide troubleshooting information?

I am sure they will want to know what type computer (windows or Mac) you have. When does it crash ((during game, switching tabs, etc.). If during game is video card up to date. Have you tried other leagues an if so, did they also crash. They will have a few other questions I imagine.
