A Brand-New Exclusive Pack is Live Now!

As a way to celebrate the playoffs beginning today, a new exclusive pack and card set is live NOW in PT24!

Introducing the all-new Exclusive Pack! This initial offering includes a set of players from a very unique MLB season, 1981. The Players' Strike split the season in two, which if you thought the current MLB playoff setup was confusing, the 1981 season has you beat! Featuring a masterful performance by Rookie of the Year and Cy Young Winner Fernando Valenzuela, the Dodgers captured their 5th World Series crown.

This set in PT will feature 60 cards from the entire spectrum of ratings, which can only be found in this new exclusive pack. This pack will initially be offered for a limited time (until Monday October 9 at 1 p.m. ET), but will return periodically later on, will each feature 6 cards from the set. This pack will not contain cards from the rest of the PT card pool, and will not contain duplicate cards within a single pack. There is a set of missions as well, where collecting players from this new card pool will allow you to unlock a special Valenzuela card. The new cards will be available in Perfect Drafts, and are eligible in tournaments as well as any other special edition card in the system would be.

I am a F2P player, with 80k PP doing nothing for me since the rando cards I need to get closer to finishing collection mission levels are so expensive. Is at least one pull of this pack a better use of 15k PP vs. buying a few more cards for an Immortal Seasons mission?

As someone that's ripped a few I can tell you you're not guaranteed anything. Maybe a bronze?

Here are the odds for the exclusive Deadball Pack that was announced on Thursday; the team apologizes for the error in not posting these sooner.

Because of this error, we will be extending the release of the Deadball Exclusive packs for an additional day, until Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 2pm ET.

With the pack, there are no guaranteed card rarities, and there will not be any duplicates within the same pack, the same setup as the 1981 Packs. (This means, that you will not find 2 of the same card in one pack).

I would like to personally apologize for posting incorrect odds earlier today on my original post with the Exlcusive Pack odds; I was working off odds and information that were given to me that were incorrect.

I would like to state that there are no guaranteed card rarities, and that the pack odds posted in my original post have been updated to reflect the actual odds. I regret the error, and will work better to confirm things ahead of time moving forward.
