How Do You Stop Financial Reports In OOTP?

I do not want to use the financial part of OOTP... I want no part of contracts and the business aspect of the game... I just want to design a league and watch it play out.

I have clicked "No Finaces" numerous times on my league and there is alway financial information showing for each team.

I have always just lived with it... but really would like to stop the financial reports in the game, if that is possible.

How do I turn off the finances and the game and not have the game show any financial information?

Is there a way to do this?

Would appreciate you help in this matter.

I don't think there's any way to completely get rid of them, but if you have finances turned off, I don't think it effects much

Hopefully Lukas or Matt or some of the Development Team will chime in a give the answer... surely someone knows the answer.

I was just hoping there was some way to stop the financial information from being posted on team reports and such... and income reports on the history pages.

Looks like I will just have to continue to ignore the financial reports and such.

Nope, apparently the game still keeps some financial records.
It has done it in every version since OOTP3 at least.

Just to be clear - you're seeing 'No financials in this league' on team pages but still seeing a financial page report?

Here are a few screen shots showing financial stats in a small semi-pro league I ran for about 7 seasons.

I disabled the financial mode, yet it still shows finances on team pages like these.

It's no big deal... I just don't go to the financial pages, but I do go to team history pages.

I think it is weird when the game gives you a choice to disable certain things and then still uses them and post them... semipro teams that play 10-20 games a year on weekends making $8 million dollars is strange.
Luckily most things you disable works... I have never seen a DH in any of my leagues... it would nice if I could rid my leagues of partial financial reports.
I just hoping someone might know how to totally remove the financial reports or at least zero them out... I like neatness and don't like clutter like this in my games.
Yep, I'm a picky old codger... little things bother me sometimes.

Yes, something definitely is amiss as you say. When players do not have contracts but coaches and managers do, for example, then something doesn't seem right.

I can log this as a bug and see what the Team says. Perhaps this can be rectified so that all financials are eliminated when selecting this option.
