PT Resale Error

Hello. I have been on PT 25 all evening, and I have been encountering this situation in Perfect Team throughout.

Any time I go to edit a previously uploaded Sale, I type in my new value, and hit submit.

The following message comes up:

An Error occurred, could not create the sell order.
Please make sure you have enough Perfect Points and try again. If the error persists, please try to restart OOTP.
---------------------------

Having WAY over enough PP, but this is a sale order not a buy, so my PP are irrelevant in this instance. I have restarted though, and the error persists, every time I reset a value on my Your Card Orders screen.

I have the same error every time I edit a sale. Not only that but it removes the card from my database. I have to get out of OOTP and get back in before I see it again.

Thank you, Markus! Just as a heads up, this is still happening. I wanted to post a few images, in the hope of maybe assisting with your efforts.

I have been playing the new version for about a day, and just now is the first time it has happened on the full version, it looked like it was going well.

still happening, and now it's including PP hostage scenarios. So it's getting worse. This DEFINITELY needs to be fixed with some priority if you want to focus on your PT system which has gotten a MASSIVE upgrade for 25th anniversary.

You definitely don't want people having big losses in PP and not get a lot of angry customers. I'm not, but I see a scenario where this is escalating.

It happens a lot less, so that's good, but it definitely still happens multiple times a day to me. Now for the first time, I've upped a buy bid (from 1,333 to 1,667) and when the error pops (same error and scenario as described and later images provided), this time my 1,333 refund was never sent. And this was after relogging to PT & exiting/reloading 25.

Last night, it withheld my Pete Incaviglia card for nearly an hour before giving it back. That was on a sale of an iron level card, so it wasn't that big of a deal, I knew eventually I'd get it back so I just waited and didn't mention it here. (As @TimCollins documented at launch)

But now, I have several different scenarios to log onto my initial report from day 1 beta.

It's still happening frequently, and now it's just cancelling the order altogether.

Just a bit of an interesting tidbit that maybe can help support out on this. If you adjust the price and keep moving the mouse around after you enter the price, it will go almost every time.

Yes, I noticed that as well a few days ago. Still does happen but significantly less frequently. That one I did think might have been local. Thanks for confirming it was not.

It's quite frustrating that this is still happening. It's pointless to put up sell orders until this is fixed.

I've felt the same at times, Revo. It is frustrating.
R0cketer's tip does reduce it about 70-80% for me, I've had it happen about 25x out of the last 150 or so now. I can't imagine this is somehow a local "timeout request" problem like it is starting to appear to be, the server isn't tracking the mouse movements, and the server is what should be what is receiving data for this issue. So if this is a problem that is upload connection related, then it's extremely likely that this is a server bandwidth problem on the game side that is causing this. If that's the case, there isn't a whole lot we can do about it, other than hope in the next few weeks, the amount of players that play at launch will fall off where the problem will fix itself as the PT 25 becomes a "been there, done that" scenario and half the players stop playing so the servers aren't as congested on their backend.

All we can do is be patient...
