In OOTP 24, you can give the option of high socks to players. It's under settings.

Sock stirrups, which almost all baseball players wore with regularity from the 30's thru the 80's, are different than high socks and usually aren't worn all the way up to the knee, like the high socks option.

Yes, I realize high socks are different than stirrups. I wore stirrups in my little league baseball days. At the moment, the high socks option is the only option that is available in the game.

Ps - look for user name kcstengelsr on the forums. He made some stirrups back in OOTP 23. They look funny on the long pants, but I appreciate the effort.
