AI changing my roster!

Why are the teams in my league releasing players before I even start the league even after setting it to no AI roster changes!???

Is there some kind of roster cap so they have to release players in order to continue?

I have no financials, no coaches, all teams set to controlled by me and no AI roster moves. Yet every time, somehow, a team just dumps all their players! Several teams got rid of some guys. I restarted the league, but it did it again.

This happened in 24 too. Now I remember what happened. I took off Foreign Players on Active Roster. Now it's looks right!
